Ashleigh + Braden's Spring Wedding at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens

Ashleigh and Braden planned a Springtime wedding in Fort Worth at the Botanic Gardens and Zoo with Gathered Events - vibrant pastels made up the fresh, Spring color palette, and were combined with a classic, elegant style in the floral elements our team designed.

The ceremony was at the gardens, and we lined the aisle with organic-style arrangements that curved around the back of the chairs, leading to a floral arch at the altar. Several more ground arrangements accented the altar area to make the space feel lush and full of flowers. Pops of bright pink, peach and blue blooms stood out against all the garden’s natural foliage.

The Fort Worth Zoo was the reception site, and guests even got to feed giraffes during cocktail hour! Transitioning into the party, the tent setup brought in more color with blue linen drapery, and other blue focal points like the bar facade and chairs tied in. We designed two large “tree” installations behind each bar, and large urn arrangements to sit on the tête-à-têtes amongst the guest seating. Tables were decorated with floral runners, low arrangements, bud vases and candles for an eclectic, layered mix on top of subtly-patterned green linens.

Bouquets leaned into more neutral/white blooms with pops of soft pastels - the bridesmaids wore baby blue gowns that brought out the touches of blue Tweedia.
