Hannah and Peter had a late summer wedding at The Hillside Estate and we worked with them on a unique vision of lush greenery and vibrant flowers in pink shades ranging from blush to magenta. This design was a preppy, whimsical take on the transition to fall, with lots of nature-inspired elements, including a tree installation that made a great statement in this venue.

For the ceremony, we designed a garden-style collection of arrangements at the altar, heavy on greenery and the pink tones. The aisle was also accented with the same color palette, but in color-blocked arrangements. White, blush and hot pink flowers paired with lots of leaves gave this a great visual impact in the venue’s all-white, bright chapel.

The reception was centered around a tree that gave cover to some of the small guest tables and helped completely transform this space - other tall statement arrangements mimicked the tree and were surrounded by more lush flowers in compote arrangements for a “meadow” effect similar to the ceremony altar. Candlelight and etched glass vases were the perfect touches for these tables, along with patterned linens.

The head table was lined with pink-and-white compote arrangements in pink vases, mixed in with dainty bud vases and colored candles.

The bouquets were on the softer side of this bold color palette in blush and ivory. We designed these in an organic manicured style with lots of romantic texture. The bridesmaids wore soft pink gowns, so the bridal party still brought a pop of color!
