Kristina and Pierce had their wedding in October but wanted to channel Valentine’s Day with “love is in the air” inspiration and a palette of pinks and reds. We worked with Jennifer of Turn the Paige Events to bring this to life at the Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco - the backdrop for an outdoor ceremony and reception.

The ceremony site looked out over a lake on the property and a winding pathway that the altar sat in. We designed two sets of tall oversized arrangements for both the start of the aisle and the altar that sat on urns and white pedestals. These introduced bold red and pink shades with a touch of greenery, and the aisle was accented with petite bouquets on the inside chairs.

The reception was held in the exact same space as the ceremony, so a full transformation happened in between while guests enjoyed the cocktail hour. Round guest tables had a mix of tall and low arrangements across the space and had simple, elegant decor accents.

The head table was more layered - with taper candles in gold holders, votive candles, pink touches in the place settings, and understated color-blocked arrangements down the center. Chandeliers hanging above the table - with vines of greenery strung around them - made a fun statement and added some more light to this after-dark reception. The cake was another statement - a vintage style design with a floral meadow at the base and an “ombre” cascade of blush, fuchsia and red roses down the side.

Each bridesmaid wore a gown in a different shade of pink (and in different materials and patterns) and carried a bouquet in a different color from the palette, with pops of red tying them all together. Kristina’s bouquet featured all the shades and pops of white and ivory.
