Ceili + Greg's Eclectic and Colorful Autumn Wedding

Ceili and Greg’s Fall-time wedding at The Dallas Oasis had a unique, eclectic design concept that we played into with both soft and bold-colored blooms, bringing lots of life to this understated and elegant venue. This ceremony and reception ended up with a fun mix of floral elements, too — arches above the guest tables, lush table garlands, simple compote arrangements, a seating chart installation and others — a mix like this makes for such a fun and dynamic event!

Starting at the ceremony, we designed an angular archway for the altar and extended it with ground arrangements down the steps toward the aisle. This was such a neat statement that brought in a lush feel and lots of color — yellows, oranges and reds along with greenery. The Fall-time color palette and vibe was achieved here in a major way!

Opening the reception, a seating chart installation that “grew” upward from the ground made a statement for guests and created that whimsical and garden-inspired feel, and decorated an elegant display of table assignments featuring champagne glasses. An archway of greenery over the head table made the whole vibe more immersive, and took all of the lush blooms down the table to the next level. The other guest tables were decorated with small arrangements in footed compote holders and classic glass votive holders. Elegant yet playful touches were the hallmark for this reception!

Such gorgeous photos were captured of Ceili’s bridal party in their array of colorful gowns. The bouquets featured fall-inspired orange, red and gold shades that are all fairly subtle on their own but make a bold statement in combination. Ceili’s bouquet had extra pops of orange and more nods to Autumn in some red leaves. This wedding was a great take on a seasonal palette that came across so vibrant and full of personality while still sophisticated and upscale-feeling. The newlyweds and their bridal party wore it all so well!

Peggy + Kyle's Classic Falltime Country Club Wedding

No matter the season, country club weddings are a go-to choice for a classy, perfectly kept and put-together venue, with the pristine grounds and landscaping that they’re known for making outdoor photos easy. Peggy and Kyle wed at the gorgeous Gleneagles Country Club in DFW and designed their whole wedding with a similar classic and timeless feel. It featured a soft palette of white and blues, and can definitely be described as “lush,” given the big blooms and greenery in all of the floral elements.

The ceremony was held indoors, and our team designed an installation built on a gold circular arch that sat behind the couple at the altar, and had two floral pieces placed asymmetrically, featuring lots of bright white blooms and trailing greenery. The aisle was densely lined with ground arrangements, with touches of blue in Delphinium and Eucalyptus. Peggy made the ultimate bridal entrance down this aisle surrounded by these lush garden-style arrangements that all blended together to create the effect of beds of flowers on either side.

We love helping create subtle special touches with flowers, and the cake flowers for this couple is a great example — just a sparing touch of baby’s breath carried that pop of blue and added a modern and textural touch to this gorgeous cake by Butterfly Cakery. In the same way, the groom and groomsmen sported simple white boutonnieres to compliment their classic black tuxedos. Even these had a lush touch through some

The bridal party made a statement with dresses in a gorgeous dusty blue shade, and carried manicured-style white bouquets that offered the perfect soft contrast. This group looked so stunning — and photographed beautifully among all of the venue grounds’ landscaping and scenery. Peggy’s bridal bouquet was fairly simple but still made a statement as a refined and classic finishing touch for her elegant dress!

Haley + Nic's Elegant, Bohemian October Wedding

For Haley and Nic’s wedding day — held at The Hillside Estate — our team crafted a unique elegant-bohemian vibe that featured lots of neutral blooms and greenery, and pops of browns and orange-y tones in foliage and Pampas Grass. Gold touches in both the ceremony and reception brought it in the polished and more modern look, and was the perfect accent with those fall-time tones!

We decorated the ceremony space with a pair of tall arrangements at the back of the room, candles and greenery along the aisle and a circular arch with two lush floral pieces on either side. Pampas Grass, foliage, dyed mauve Fern leaves, Magnolia leaves and ivory and toffee-colored blooms set the tone at the end of the aisle for our beautiful bride and the wedding party!

The reception setup featured more large statement arrangements on gold stands and some greenery, foliage and pillar candle centerpieces. Gorgeous chargers added more touches of gold that tied in with the copper-backed Magnolia leaves — otherwise, this reception was fairly simple with a couple big focal points!

Haley’s bridal bouquet was a stunning monochrome statement piece — specialty Orchids were the star of the show and were paired with some rose varieties, Ranunculus and sparing touches of greenery. We brought the color for the bridesmaids’ bouquets to tie in with their cinnamon-rose-colored dresses that were the epitome of fall and looked so stunning with the pink tones in the bouquets. This couple definitely achieved the elegant-boho style that had the perfect color palette for their early-Fall wedding, and as always, we loved curating the flowers to match!

Emi and Greg's Modern Autumnal Wedding at the Nasher Sculpture Center

The unique and personal touches incorporated into a wedding day are truly what make it memorable for everyone in attendance — there’s nothing we love more than helping honor a couple’s story and individual histories, and their family and friends who witnessed their love along the way.

Emi and Greg, who met and connected in May 2020 during the pandemic, celebrated their marriage the following fall at the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, and paid homage to their shared love of karaoke, their sweet pets and their families with the sweetest touches. Our team designed lots of floral statements and details to further bring this special couple’s essence to life!

The color scheme captured a modern take on traditional “fall” tones and was focused on shades of rust, mauve, and neutrals like ivory and taupe. The indoor ceremony introduced the palette with plenty of flowers — both lining the aisle in ground arrangements and in a semicircle at the altar.

The reception setup was anchored by the head table, where a large statement overhead garland sat — oversized arrangements full of greenery and autumnal blooms on delicate gold stands. This installation was definitely the star of the show and made the perfect backdrop for the whole setting since it sat at the back, behind all of the round guest tables. It was also made to pop with coral linens, in contrast with white tablecloths on the others.

Bud vases, Ikebana-style arrangements and lots of candles decorated the guest tables, partially in tribute to Emi’s late grandmother, who taught Ikebana floral-arranging classes in Japan. Such a special sentimental touch that also served the polished and contemporary style perfectly!

Emi’s bouquet was a careful curation of those fall-time blooms and leaves, with the perfect brown and mauve shades to compliment her dress. We adored this vision from top to bottom — the venue and all of the personal touches made for a truly one-of-a-kind wedding and celebration!

Bridal Bouquet Ingredients: mauve Lisianthus, mauve Hellebore, red Butterfly Ranunculus, white Majolika Spray Roses, Pieres, Frilly Brownie Tulip, Brownie Sweet Pea, orange Copper Beech, autumn leaves

Olivia + Jeff's Classic Black-and-White Wedding at The Hillside Estate

Nothing says classic and timeless like black-and-white flowers and decor in a grand and open venue! We helped Olivia and Jeff throw a stunning fall wedding at The Hillside Estate with lots of simple yet impactful details. Lush white blooms and greenery were the hallmarks of this ceremony and reception.

For the ceremony, we designed a few altar arrangements with a floral base and a pop of greenery to break up the white flowers and tie in the scenery outside. These all sat on clear tapered vases on top of white stands — an elegant and simple presentation for this gorgeous space with lots of natural light and white finishes. These arrangements also helped complete the reception when we moved them to the guest tables after this couple was wed!

The reception also featured just about every candle style — we combined votive, pillar, floating and taper candles for both visual interest and ambience. These tables, with touches of black in the linen napkins and taper candles, were a mix of modern and classic and created the most elegant and intimate setting!

The seating chart was made up of gold shelving that held glasses of champagne garnished with place cards. Moments like that can always stand to be embellished with some greenery — we added clusters of flowers to the corners to complete this setup, and it was a great statement for guests to be greeted with!

Olivia and her bridesmaids’ bouquets were in a classic, rounded style and full of white rose varieties, Ranunculus, Panda Anemones and others. Since pure white was the main color for this wedding instead of the typical ivory, the whole event had a more modern feel — especially given the architecture and details of the venue. For another statement moment, the bridesmaids wore black gowns!
