Erica + Hunter's Luxurious, Rustic Wedding at Hotel Drover

Couple Erica and Hunter designed a stunning garden-style ballroom wedding at a rustic venue — Hotel Drover in Fort Worth — for a luxurious and lush-floral-filled night with their family and friends. The palette was black and white, and statement flowers like Roses and Hydrangeas were staples — along with lots of lush greenery and candlelight in both the ceremony and reception spaces.

We designed a natural-style floral arch at the entryway and full floral lining for the aisle that continued up to and around the altar. These were such statements in the greenhouse ceremony space, especially with lush grass underfoot and a gorgeous wooded area just outside. Candles lining the aisle and greenery strung from the ceiling were two transformative touches that completed the intimate-garden atmosphere.

The ceiling vines were carried into the reception area to add a whimsical touch among stone and wood architecture. We designed elaborate garlands for rectangular guest tables that trailed down to the floor on either end — paired with candelabras for extra drama. These were lush with greenery and dense with roses in shades of white and sparing dainty flowers. Round tables were decorated with a mix of elevated and low compote arrangements.

Other statements in the ballroom included a floral installation flanking the indoor bar and another in the same style trailing down the side of the piano. Making the same flowers and color palette so ubiquitous all throughout the space created such an immersive and cohesive feel, accentuated by candlelight in all forms — pillar candles paired with installs and taper candles on guest tables.

Erica and her bridal party carried long-stem bouquets of white Roses that created a stunning black-and-white classic moment with the bridesmaids’ gowns. This style played into the garden influence while still feeling very refined and elegant.

Bailey + Nikolas's Modern and Minimal Day at The Emerson

We adored working with Bailey and Nikolas on their intimate wedding, which they wanted to bring to life with a modern, minimal style. This was accomplished with a sleek all-white color palette to airy touches of Baby’s Breath and roses. Stairway Events helped achieve this timeless-feeling ceremony and reception at The Emerson — the perfect setting with its own bespoke minimal yet modern architecture and details.

The ceremony was held in the venue’s chapel, which features stunning minimalist architecture and an understated chandelier — the perfect backdrop for a wedding party dressed in black and white. Bailey’s bridal bouquet was a modern take on the Baby’s Breath and Rose combo —in shades of white.

For the reception, the style was kept simple, clean and modern with all-white furniture and place settings, clear bud vases with Baby’s Breath and roses and candles. The white was broken up with a couple subtle touches — silver candle holders and pale blue linens on the place settings. This style came across as effortless yet refined and classy, and fit right in with the venue’s reception space.

Bridal Bouquet Ingredients: Playa Blanca Roses, Baby’s Breath, bleached Italian Ruscus

Sharon + Chris's Refined and Textural Wedding

Sharon and Chris held their summer wedding at Highland Park Presbyterian Church and requested classic-style flowers with organic touches. We loved working with Silent Tea Studios to curate the perfect mix of summer-y and elegant style for the ceremony and reception — all in classy pink and neutral tones.

The ceremony was held in the chapel, and we designed two arrangements that flanked the altar on glass vases. These featured large, romantic blooms like Peonies and Roses with touches of dainty texture through Butterfly Ranunculus and Astilbe. Small bouquets for the reserved front pew rows were a simple touch that tied in the flowers in the larger arrangements. These few floral elements were just enough for this ornate setting.

For the reception, we designed bright, fresh centerpiece arrangements with the same larger flowers in pinks and taupes and lush greenery tucked in. These sat in gold vases and made a simple elegant statement on the guest tables. We designed centerpieces of pillar candles, blooms and greenery for the remaining tables — a low-profile option that still makes the perfect statement.

Bouquets for Sharon and her bridesmaids were extra summer-y, with big soft pink Peonies and springs of bright greenery that added a touch of playfulness. These, like the other flowers, mixed more voluminous blooms with dainty textures — perfect for an elegant look that still has lots of movement and personality!

Caitlin + Zach's Classic and Elegant Wedding at The Hillside Estate

Caitlin and Zach’s wedding at The Hillside Estate has such an elegant neutral color palette that still said “summer” with a light and airy mix of cream and taupe tones and pops of black — a modern spin on a classic palette. The details, driven by the team at Gathered Events, were so gorgeous and gave this event an element of sophistication.

The ceremony had a natural-style arch growing up from the ground — baby’s breath was a mainstay throughout this entire wedding and was first featured here for a subtle statement at the altar. Pink roses were tucked throughout for soft pops of color. We also designed ground arrangements for the start of the aisle and added clusters of pillar candles along with rose petals down the aisle.

For cocktail hour after the ceremony, we designed a greenery installation on the outdoor mantle and two small arrangements to embellish the champagne seating chart that flanked the fireplace. The simple addition of greenery and candles can make a space like this feel that much more upscale.

The reception had the perfect airy yet intimate and moody feel, especially after dark, with furniture and linens in light neutrals, plentiful baby’s breath and pillar, taper and floating candles. We designed a mix of tall and low arrangements for the guest tables, and some were complemented by bud vases of Anemones for a pop of black. A high-volume garland of baby’s breath and ivory flowers sat on the head table, layered over a gorgeous floral-applique tablecloth.

This bridal party carried long-stem bouquets of stunning roses that brought such classic and elegant style, along with light taupe gowns.

Lexi and Gabe's Ultra-Vibrant, Colorful Wedding at Knotting Hill Place

This wedding for Lexi and Gabe at Knotting Hill Place was such an embodiment of the bride’s sweet, bubbly personality, centered around bright, summer-y shades of pink and coral. It was truly a color explosion with lots of floral elements throughout the venue.

For the ceremony, we designed elevated arrangements that lined the aisle on glasses vases and acrylic pedestals for height that created grandeur and made the bright-colored blooms pop even more in the neutral space and clear chairs. These had a fun summer-garden feel, with greenery to balance out the pink, coral and white statement flowers. The altar also featured a subtle floral touch — an arrangement on a wooden cross.

In the reception space, tall arrangements on gold stands made statements throughout the room and added so much vibrance. Lots of candlelight was paired with these vivid floral elements to create the perfect intimate atmosphere for this evening wedding. We also embellished the staircase with lush greenery laced through the bannister and a ground arrangement of the same bright pink shades with pops of white.

Lexi’s bridal bouquet had to be the epitome of this vibrant summer style, so we designed it to feature all the best blooms that made a statement both in texture and color impact. Coral Charm Peonies were the stars of the show and were combined with rose varieties, Ranunculus and Huckleberry greenery for this gorgeous bride’s ultimate accessory. Her bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets that were just as vibrant and were allowed to really shine in contrast with their neutral beige gowns.

Bridal Bouquet Ingredients: Coral Charm Peonies, Piaget Garden Roses, Playa Blanca Roses, Free Spirit Roses, Conquista Roses, Hot Pink Ranunculus, Pink Majolica Spray Roses, Pink Sweet Pea, Limonium, Camelia Greenery, Huckleberry
