Where do I even begin with this wedding? I guess I can give a blanket statement of Kemmerley and Michael's wedding was just a true dream to be a part of because really- it was!  I met Kemmerley through a past bride (the best kind of referrals) and we immediately hit it off. Her vision for her big day, future in marriage and even everyday fashion matched our brand. It was a true joy to work with this couple- if I could book clients like them from here on out, it would never be work!  This waterfront wedding in Texas took place at the Filter Building at White Rock Lake.

Kemmerley's color palette has to be one of my favorites of all time. The french blue anchored the waterfront setting while the plum gave depth. We accented with terra cotta to add warmth since it was a late summer wedding. 

In Kemmerley's bouquet (one of the most lush and fragrant bouquets I have ever created), I used: dahlia, cappuccino roses, the most delicious hellebore, andromeda, ranunculus, scabiosa, snowberry, smokebush, and astrantia. Then I topped it off with cutest raspberry stems. 

Loved the way this setup came together! Those potted bougainvillea lining the aisle were perfect, and that minimalistic metal arch? A total dream.

Alli K Designs created and cured these custom plates with their invite design for Kemmerley and Michael's head table. A unique way for them to remember their day and keep forever.

David and Johanna have to be one of my most favorite couples I've ever had the pleasure of serving. They are kind, generous, fun to be around, and their love for Christ shines through their relationship. I loved getting to know them over the time we were planning their wedding. I had just found out our family was growing, and it turned out that Jo was also a midwife, it couldn't have been more meant to be! When our sweet Liem was born, Jo and David were even gracious enough to let him tag along to the wedding so I could nurse him- seriously, I get to work with the best and most gracious couples! 

Johanna came to me wanting a romantic spring color palette, with a few rustic yet modern touches. Their wedding was the beautiful historic Rustic Grace Estate where there are open fields, darling longhorn, and a charming white chapel.

For Jo's bridal bouquet, I had the best selection of spring flowers. We went with lilac, poppies, peonies, hellebore, campanula, garden roses, sweet pea, and frill tulips. Let's just say it smelled DIVINE!

Her color palette was so dreamy. The delicate blue, lavender, and grey looked so beautiful in the white chapel. I loved the draping chiffon on each pew. It was a such a nice detail and refreshing change other than the standard pew arrangements. 

Allie and Colin were married this past fall at the beautiful Bass Hall in Fort Worth, Texas. Allie came to us looking for floral design and we loved how her colorful vision came to life. This wedding is surely in one of our top favorites!

This was a special wedding because as Allie booked with us for floral design, it began to unfold how small this world really was. The company she works for happened to be one of the companies I worked with a lot when I was in the corporate world. Then I found out that her planner was Lottie with Grit + Gold, whom I've been hoping to work with in the near future and her photographer was Matt & Julie Weddings which I have gotten to become good friends with! It was just meant to be for us all to bring this day together for Allie and Colin! 

In our initial consultation, Allie had decided she was going to go with very neutral tones, blushes, and accents corals. When the wedding was getting close, she decided she needed some pop of color and I'm so glad she did. It was a refreshing dose of life as we were about to enter fall! 

In her bouquet, I used garden roses, ranunculus, cafe au lait dahlias, hellebore, fancy parrot tulips, lisanthus, scabiosa and pincushion. I also incorporated a fun texture of hops and foraged jasmine from our garden. I must say, her bouquet recipe is probably my favorite ever! 

I love the way jasmine hangs. We had to start growing our own because I absolutely love using it my designs.

The splashes of color here against the clean and modern black and white is just so lovely. Our brides have good taste! 

We always love working with The Tarnos, and when they send us their brides, we know it's going to be a good wedding! Shelby is one of those brides you immediately fall in love with when you meet her. She has a comfortable and inviting personality and that is exactly the feeling we wanted to create for her wedding day. When we sat down to discuss the details and plan out the Big Day, it made me so excited to see everything come together from the lawn games to the full service coffee bar, it was set to be a night to remember.

It was just a perfect fall day to celebrate two sweet, coffee loving souls in a stunning white barn with one killer vendor team!

When it came to designing her florals, Shelby had a vision but also trusted me to create something special for her. The colors to her wedding palette were a perfect mix of blush tones, cream, and a rich accent of mauves and burgundy so this made choosing flowers especially fun! 

Her bridal bouquet was a mix patience garden roses, white peony, blushing bride, ivory spray roses, privet berries (my favorite touch of texture for fall florals), rice flower, lisanthus, scabiosa, and foraged greenery. 

We kept the boutonnieres a little simpler, of white ranunculus with some little buds.

The ceremony was outside, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Under a big, old tree with lanterns hanging all around, and simple touches of floral and greenery added to the wood arbor. It was perfect!

White Sparrow Barn is such an incredible venue! The white space, all the natural light...it's really a beautiful place with a wonderful ambiance. The soft coloring worked perfectly in the venue, and we worked in greenery throughout the space to add a little life. We alternated two styles of centrepieces, one featuring a lantern with some greenery touches and one with a lush floral arrangement.

In May we put together a big, bohemian, farm-to-table backyard bash for Alex and Anna. This time of year is typically a very mild-weathered climate in Texas, but our unpredictable weather decided it was going to be monsoon season. On the day of the wedding, God decided to shine some sun on us and let us enjoy a beautiful evening as these two lovebirds got hitched.  Anna has to be one of my favorite brides of all time. She trusted my design vision and was truly a relaxed bride no matter what was thrown her way. She knew she wanted to marry the man of her dreams and kept that as her focus, as every bride should! It was an honor to be a part of this sweet couple's special day and the images from Charla Storey Photography do it every bit of justice!
